I had purchased a new kitchen faucet and removed my old one, but found the new one too challenging to install for my deep kitchen sink. I called Bintrim's the week before Thanksgiving about getting this installed and asked if they could get it done before the holiday. They said they could but would have to get back to me as to when they could make it. Mr. Bintrim got tied up on a job that was taking longer than expected as I recall and asked me if he could come out on a Sunday, no extra charge. He did so as expected and on time, and in short order I had a kitchen faucet again. Eight months later, I have not one issue with that faucet. It's perfect. (I have since had them out to fix a leaking toilet at my father's house as well -- again job was done professionally, finally fixed correctly and no further issues).

Scott, the owner, always showed up on time. If he was going to be late, he called to let us know. He saved us money on the repair. We thought we would have to take down some drywall to get the problem fixed, but he was able to fix it without doing anything to the drywall.
