Lawn Tool Repair
Very poor attentiveness. Seemed disinterested in my questions about various models. kept wandering off then had to track representative down. Ended up going to Corry PA and buying a Husqvarna rider from the dealer there. They spent the time to help me make the right choice and they got my business.

Lawn Tool Repair
We feel that the experience went very poorly. The salesman, Justin was wonderful. We took delivery after many delayed promises of delivery, and many excuses for the delay, and upon the first use of the tractor it broke down. We called the dealership and they sent Justin down who couldn't start the tractor, and then they towed it back to the dealership and in order to get any communication from them, we have to continually call them. They are not proactive at all and this is affecting out lively hood. We have missed the first week of haying season with that tractor.
