The summer of 2014 was the first season that I used Perennial. I was so impressed. Each time the guys left, I had to go out and look at my lawn and how beautiful it looked. That year, I paid week to week. So, when I received a letter about signing up for the summer of 2015, I decided to do the monthly, seasonal plan, thinking that the service would be the same, and they would come every week, rain or shine. I thought that they would get to my house each week taking the weather reports into account. Nope, that is not what it means.
First of all, the service was nothing like it was in 2014. The mowers ran over the grass so fast that it was hard to tell they had been there.
A couple weeks went by when there was no mowing done. The mowers usually came on Friday. However, I was naive to think that they would watch the weather reports, and plan to get to my house on a day when it was clear, because I was a seasonal, monthly customer. If the weather report predicted rain on Friday, they would come on Thursday or another day.  I called Perennial to say that I signed up for the seasonal monthly plan thinking that my lawn would be mowed each week. I said that it had been two weeks since the lawn had been mowed and I hoped they would get here soon. The grass was really high.
In November, the grass is dormant. Nothing is growing. But, Perennial mowed on November 6th, and never came back the rest of the month.  Yet, I got a bill for the entire month of November.
I will never use them again.
I wish that whoever worked for them and mowed my lawn in 2014 would contact me.

Very good service. We have had them out for almost ten years. They offer add on services like aeration and spider control. Easy to deal with and always cordial.

We had used a couple other vendors in prior years due to cost and our grass ended up having more weeds and issues than when we moved in. This is our second summer using Perennial and our grass is beautiful - no dandelions, crabgrass, clover and is the greenest on our road - they know what they are doing. Price is a bit more than the others in our area by $5-$10 per application but the difference is worth it.

They come out every year from spring through the fall. The lawn has actually been dramatically improved since they've been putting down the applications. The applications or the materials they use are safe for pets. Their price is about average.

We have a lot of trees in the back, so they try to time that treatment where you are not trying to get the treatment for the layer of leaves. They always come back if you call them and they're quick to come back and explain if you are concern about an issue or they always make remarks or a statement on the problem areas that they see or always make recommendations on the lawn mower heights and the watering.

I switched to Perennial from Chemlawn a few years ago and have been pleased ever since. They use a quality product and don't try to sell you un-needed/wanted services to boost their bottom-line.

PERENNIAL GREEN LAWN CARE has been a really good lawn care company. There prices are fair and they do a good job.

Perennial Green Lawn Care does good work. They got the work done in a timely manner. It's hard to find a company that does that. I am really pleased with them and would recommend them.
