No problems whatsoever. Dog came back smelling so good and fresh. Dog came back happy and healthy and loving life! Very cheap too!

Horribly! The owners were EXTREMELY unprofessional. We were told that arrangements would be made for us to pick our dogs up when our flight was delayed. However, when we called upon landing we were told we couldn't get our dogs until the next day, we were being charged for the extra night and screaming and name calling began by the owner. The next day when picking up the dogs the owners called the police on my husband saying we threatened them. With what we are still very unsure! My husband is a police officer and I am a church secretary, We know better and have more intelligence and class. After all of this, later that same night members of their employ or family made very vulgar, threatening and harrassing phone calls to my husband's cell to the point we had to call the police ourselves for fear of harm or worse. This is no way to run a business!! We used them last year and they were great! We are still baffled by the treatment we received this year since we were kind and unassuming. Needless to say we will definitely not be using their so called services again. Another note: they do not follow instructions left for dogs. We specifically stated that our dogs be kept together. They seperated them then tried to tell us they gave us a discount for not charging us for two kennels. REALLY??

"There are 2 sides to every story. The fact was it was a holiday, I paid my employees to stay an extra hour for (Member names removed) to arrive. They were told on the phone that I would be leaving for a picnic, and the rest of the staff would have to leave by 8pm. I paid the staff to stay an extra hour, they did not show up and one of the staff text them "they would see you tomorrow". At this point (Member name removed) called my personal cell (I gave her this no. so she would stop tying up the kennel phone with so many calls to check on her dogs each day) I told her I was at a picnic like I had explained before and she started screaming "unacceptable" to which I replied I would not charge her for that evenings stay and she needed to calm down. (Member name removed) insisted that they will be picking up their dogs at 11 pm, I explained that this is a business and would she go into work at some ridiculous time because someone request that? (Member name removed)then takes the phone and calls me some terrible names and says he "owns me" because he boards dogs with us. They continued to call my cell several more times, at which point I became so afraid I called 911, the dispatch had a patrol car patrol my area for the rest of the evening and had an officer there in case (Member name removed) or (Member name removed) tried to cause problems. The next day (Member name removed) showed up with his uncle, a retired sheriff, (the uncle didn't know who owned the kennel) but he does know my husband, when he realized who the owners are he became so embarrassed that he apologized several times for (Member name removed) and (Member name removed) behavior, and then proceeded to tell us that (Member name removed) has a history of acting like this. I also need to add that this was one of many times the (Member name removed) boarded with us, they would not take their dogs anywhere else but to us because of the excellent care they are given at Four Seasons. I have even boarded there dogs for free when (Member name removed) was in the hospital last winter. Four Seasons is family owned and operated if I allowed everyone to pick up his or her dogs whenever they desired no work would get done, and we would never be able to sleep! Shame on the (Member name removed) and their actions, when we have never been anything but nice to them."
