TRAPANI'S INGROUND POOL RSTRTN

Description of Work: We had epoxy put on our in ground pool by Trapani because the plaster was getting pock marked and unattractive. He showed us a rock hard piece of epoxy explaining it would cover the marks and give good service. We opted to go with him instead of having it re-plastered. We are unhappy with the epoxy as the pock marks came back the first year after it was put on.. Sand keeps seeping out of the epoxy, and when you brush the pool there is a white cloud. It was done in the middle of July, even though we were promised it would be done in April. It had to cure so we got little use that summer. The first summer the epoxy had a small crack on the step. The second summer a piece was chipped on the step at the crack, and this summer it is chipping more and in other areas. The pock marks are showing more and more and it looks like the epoxy has thinned out or is coming off in several areas. It never was a smooth transition from the epoxy to the tiles. He did come to look at it in the summer of 2010 and 2011 after several phone calls. He tried to say it was algae, but we showed him it wasn't. He promised to come when the season was over to make it right. We would have to empty the pool. He never came back, he never called.
