Todd Miller Roofing, Siding & Remodeling

We had a great experience replacing our roof and gutters with Todd Miller. This is a family run business and dealing with them was so easy and we were kept informed at all times. The roof and gutters came out fantastic! Todd or his brother in law were on location for both installations. The work and clean up were meticulously done! The price was great and they use the same materials as the larger companies, without the huge mark up! The job took one full day and it was done! I highly recommend Todd Miller for roofing and gutter needs! I also want to make sure that I give a shout out to Todd’s sister. She handles all of the billing and was so great and accommodating in picking up payment. Do not overlook the licensed and insured family businesses in our area for the larger aggressive roofing companies that offer the sun, moon and stars! Support your local businesses and you will have a stress free experience!

I called this contractor for a quote on a new roof and they did not even have the decency to return my call. This is not somebody I want to do business with or recommend.

Quick to respond to my call and appointment, A gentleman came out to my residence, I mentioned what needs to be done. He commented on the service. He said he will send me an estimate. I never received one or heard word from the company.

They're just a roofer for me. They seem to know what they were doing and I had no problem with that. They were doing 4 roofs in our neighbors and we just grabbed them.

They were on time, very professional and excellent workers. The job was done on time and the kitchen is remarkable. Would highly recommended them.

They were punctual and professional thru all parts of the process. So much so I used the to do some additional dry walling. They worked with me to get the most for the money I was wanting to spend! I would glady recommend them to all that ask. I have bragged about the wrk they accomplished in the time frame explained.

The contractor did a very nice job of installation and did it quickly. The only issue I had was with some plywood on my shed. I was not home when the shed roof was completed. I had asked the a few small pieces of plywood be replaced prior to shingled the roof. This was not done. I pointed it out to the contractor and he said that the plywood looked good upon removal of the old shingles. Still, no phone call was made to me to explain this. Other than that, they did a fantastic job.

It was a family room. Everything from top to bottom as done, the painting, the electrical and plumbing. The work took a little longer than I had expected but I think the client was satisfied with his work.

I was very happy with the services provided. The contractor's rep was very prompt in returning any calls and answering any questions I had. The entire project was completed in 1 day! The price was fantastic (the lowest of 3 estimates received by a decent margin). My only beef was that the contractor did not start construction until nearly 3 weeks after we signed the contractor. This really wasn't all their fault as the weather called for rain nearly every day in that period. Also, they did not cash my down payment check until 1 day before they started the job. All around a wonderful, quality experience. I recommend them to everyone and will gladly call on them again in the future for more work.

Some siding fell off 2 days after installation. Took 2 weeks and repeated phone calls to get the repairs done. Then they sent a man who stood on our porch for unknown reasons and returned to do the job at night in the dark. We refused to have him work at night. Then found out later he was fired by Todd Miller. A very unsettling experience with that.

It was great. The workers were very professional and did a nice job.

That went really well.  I had one complaint that they never came back to replace the ceiling tile that was damaged due to workmanship in the beginning and they had to make some corrections a week after, but they still haven’t done that.  Other things were really okay.  It was satisfactory and they will come back in couple of days to correct that problem replace the damaged tile.  The work was fine.  They are not the lowest but I think they have best offers.  They did respond and it is a little problem which will be resolved.  They were pretty much well on time.

As I mentioned previously, they did a good job and are scheduled to do moree work for us.

I needed siding done on a small addition on my home. It was originally painted wood and was starting to chip and leak into our laundry room. I sent Todd an email and within an hour he called me to get my information. He came out to inspect the job the same day and I was given a quote the following day.  After receiving several quotes within the next week, I decided on Todd because of his professionalism, competitive cost and locality.  He gave me an estimate of 2-3 weeks for the start date and within 2 weeks his guys were here and finished in one day.  The guys were very pleasant and respectful. I have an old home so nothing is perfectly aligned and his guys did a great job and the siding looks perfect.  They cleaned up everything and made sure I looked over the details and was happy with the work.  I would definitely use Todd Miller again.

This was the first time I've worked with him. I liked his manner and the way he handled the quotation. I had done some research on roofing materials and I asked question about the venting. He seemed very versed in his business. He has been in business for quite a number of years. He was professional. His men were all very pleasant and they cleaned up afterwards. Everything was done neatly and the gutters were protected from the materials. He came periodically to check and he came back when it was done to check. He answered questions. I know that if I have a problem I can give him a call. I would bet a paycheck that if I have any problems he will come back and resolve it. I got a total of three quotations and one was in the same area as Todd’s and the other quote was over double the amount.
