I already posted a glowing review. I wanted to include before and after pictures. They did a the work from demo to finish.

Terrence and crew were absolutely fantastic. Terrence was certainly communicative, punctual, and definitely on budget. He made some wonderful suggestions and came up with creative solutions for any problems that arose. The original estimate was very close to what the final cost was (of course there are always some additional costs to the final bill) as any additional costs were discussed and approved first. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing. I can?t recommend T &J construction enough, and I won?t hesitate to call Terrence in the future when we need more work done. I will add photos later

The motto on their shirt says it all ?Perfect is OK?. Far and away THE most professional contractor we have ever had. Responsive, on time, on budget, polite and courteous. They work clean and stay until the job is done correctly. The pool deck is beautiful - can not wait to use it next season. We also had him replace four 14 foot columns on the front porch - they look better than the originals and are much better built. He is returning in the spring to replace the railing on our existing 2nd floor deck to match the pool railing. He is now our go to for all jobs he is able to handle for us. Very competent and professional. Their work is neat and quality. They keep you informed every step during the process. They took great care in protecting the areas around the work area. They left the job clean and tidy.

Job was done neatly, on time and budget. The team was courteous and respectful of our property. T & J construction was hired to complete two jobs one, was a complete demo and install of 400 sq of tile. The second was demo of a back splash, tile install removed a microwave and cabinet installed new tile, new cabinets a microwave drawer and new vent hood. I would highly recommend T & J construction.

Having a special needs son I was nervous on how we could have major work done in our home with nurses and aides in our home daily. Terrance and his crew were beyond accommodating for my son. Continuing to move their tools and materials for my son and nurses. They were enjoyable to have in our home. The workmanship was beyond superior and I being in the construction business for 40 years had not one single item on a punch list reviewing the final work. Terrance and his crew were conscientious and neat and clean with their workmanship. We will miss them and look forward to using them on our next home project.They made a commitment on their timing for the project and their workmanship and they far exceeded our expectations.

I can not say enough positive comments about the work that was done. The crew was very polite, careful, cleaned up every day. and were meticulous about their work. The end product shows . I am very impressed with the quality of the work they do. I will use them again. I would recommend the company to anyone. 5 STARS.

Excellent!!! Friendly. Gave great advice. Fulfilled all our requests. His work was very professional and we were definitely pleased with outcome. Definitely a â people â person. He remodeled our kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, bathroom and part of garage. This included taking walls down, replacing entire ceilings, all flooring, painting walls, ceiling, refinishing steps, installing appliances and shower, tub, sinks, etc. so much work and everything was what we wanted.

UPDATE 2/1/25: Work done : Full bathroom-kitchen-living room see my post 11/20/2022. I have to say that Terry is very nice . 2 years and half after , grout is popping out all the time from the the kitchen-living room floor and from around one window . Today I have to find how to secure the upper kitchen cabinet that is separating from the ceiling . The bathroom tub moved down about 1/8 " when full . I had to recenter and re-attached the dishwasher and replace the the leaking hose , there is still under the kitchen cabinet a wood stick to level the cabinet , same near the dishwasher . The sliding door are still sliding well and I have no time to write a full review . It is always easy to write an over optimist review just after the work is done but is take a couple of years to fully appreciate . Here are a couple of pictures , bathroom tub empty there is already a gap .Grout missing at its minimum since I redid it 3 weeks ago . I do not have time to go around to find other problems . ORIGINAL COMMENT: Great professionals , experimented and completing the work in the details . And in time . Full Kitchen and bathroom and dining room, upgraded and redesigned in a modern style . Tile work on the floor and walls ., drywall , kitchen cabinets, plumbing , windows and more . I will hire them again .

Extremely reliable, always on time and great at communicating! Our project was difficult due to previous contractors work and they were able to fix it and create something perfect!

Terry and crew, as well as those he contracted out for the more complex areas, were all terrific at their work as well as careful with the house and our conditions. A complete gut job requiring new electric, plumbing ceiling and floor too. Our house over 110 years created any number of issues. They dealt with good humor and attention, even finding a solution to matching up trim to existing trim design which required a lot of extra work. Any changes in prices before work were fully discussed and no surprises. Would easily work with them again

Great group of guys. Very professional and they did an amazing job. They gutted my kitchen, took down a load baring wall, put in a half bath, and all the odds and ends. We will be hiring them again for future jobs.

They installed new drywall in two rooms, painted,installed ceiling fans and sliding doors. The job that they did was fantastic. I highly recommend them. I plan on having them do a lot more work for me.

Terrance and his team did a fantastic job of replacing my deck! They were friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient throughout the whole project. Terrance walked me through the plan and ensured that my deck was sturdy and safe, as it is on a hill. He made sure that I was happy with the project as it was being constructed. I am so happy with the work that they did and would recommend their service to others. Thanks to them I have a safe and beautiful deck to entertain my family friends!

We originally hired someone else to complete the job because of a price that we learned was too good to be true. Terrance and his team at & J saved us. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and creative design that turned out exactly how we wanted.

Came when they said they would, finished when they said they would. They were amenable to adjustments to job. They took care of our property and the neighboring property.

Terrence was really great and easy to work with during our 5 month kitchen/family room remodel and construction of a new bathroom which also involved replumbing half the house. He always asked the right questions and worked hard to give the answers we were hoping to hear and resolve any issues that arose in a calm and thoughtful way. He was honest and up front with any cost implications and did great quality work for a reasonable value. Also appreciated how easy he was to get in touch with, and impressed with his reliability and that of his guys. We would highly recommend to others doing any size or type of construction project!

Got the job done exactly as asked, on time and within budget. Did a great job. Very satisfied, will absolutely use again.

Terrance, was great was able to take an "room" that was used as little more than storage attic, for 70 years, and make it into a nice bedroom.

Terrence and his crew of Laszlo and Chris did outstanding work in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. They arrived on time each day at the time they said they would, performed the work they said they would for that day and kept the work area clean. They had minimal impact on us while they worked. I highly recommend them.

Terrance and Chris did a wonderful job renovating my kitchenette into a beautiful handicapped bathroom. Despite multiple challenges Terrance was very professional and made lots of recommendations and improvements as well as including extras that we had not anticipated and stayed within budget. Much appreciated and will recommend and call on again if needed
