I think the locker room could be a little cleaner and fixed like for example, in the ladies locker room, there was a bench in the shower that was broken for probably more than a year and it just wasn’t attended to and cleanliness. They have a system where they charge you automatically which was okay but that was their only option. They didn’t have any other option. So you can’t pay every month. You have to have it taken out of your account or on some automatic withdrawal and because my husband and I used the same charge, his would be $10 and mine would be $10.01 because they couldn’t figure out a way to do it so it didn’t look like a duplicate. Those little things are stupid to me and they need to be able to figure out a way to not irritate people. I know it’s a penny but it’s just the whole point of it. Figure out a way to make your customers happy. We use them because they are convenient and they are close.

I like it very much, they have great hours, and it's only 10 bucks a month. It's not a written contract so you can give them written notice when you want to leave.
