I received a surprise gift from a colleague in England for my favorite Formula 1 Driver and new it needed to be framed in an important and meaningful way and the only place to go was The Blue Easel. The craftsmanship is world-class and truly museum quality, I couldn't be happier... I've had multiple pieces of original artwork, posters, and one-of-a-kind paintings and drawings framed by the folks at the Blue Easel. They do more than just put the art in a frame and help with the choices of frame material, color and matting to help present the art in the best possible way. And of course, pricing is very reasonable especially for the quality of the work that they put it. Highly recommend!

The quality of the work is superb. They were able to frame odd items to include a brass name plate without any problems. The end result was beautiful. I would definitely use them again!

"Thanks for the wonderful review! So nobody gets worried about price tho I would like to point out that under approximate cost there is two too many zeros! It should read $193.00 we have one of the largest selections of frame patterns around with competitive prices to fit all budgets! Frames all custom made can range from apx. $6.00/ft to $35.00/ft so price can vary quite a bit. Also there's different quality levels of glass to choose from all with different prices. We do have some of the lowest prices around!"

"We do offer 100% satisfaction guarantee so if there's something you feel needs to be corrected we would do it at no cost to you. It may have just been that the matting was wider at the bottom. Without seeing it i cant be sure. However I do explain to my customers that with matting I usually will have the bottom of the mat wider than the top and sides on purpose so when hanging on the wall it looks better. This is a customary practice in framing used by many framers. It's not a mistake but rather intentional. Again tho whatever the reason your not 100% happy we at the Blue Easel will be more than happy to try and correct it!"

"A persons indecisive nature shouldn't hold any baring on craftsmanship. Unfortunately some customers can be more challenging than others. If I as a worker aren't given specific instructions in the beginning the end may not be what's expected. I guarantee satisfaction but this customer had her work redone twice for free and decided not to continue. The first time was because she changed her mind on the color that was originally picked out and agreed upon by her. The second time was because she wanted the measurements changed. My work was accurate to the paperwork from the invoice but, I still reworked her job twice. Some people can't be happy with anything but my satisfaction guarantee still stands. If she were to be more specific and less indecisive I'd gladly rework the job yet again for free. However because there's nothing actually wrong with the job I don't think I'll see it again. I did keep all the worksheets used for it, as I do with all my worksheets tho for if in the future it can be revised, copied, or updated. My apologies to any unhappy customers but that's why we DO OFFER 100% SATISFACTION!"
