Very good experience. I was showed the underside of my vehicle for a full explanation of mechanical concerns. The shop is clean, organized and pleasant to be in. No inappropriate girly posters. It was a pleasant experience.

I arrived five minutes early and was told by the receptionist to wait. I was not told why or for how long. Twenty minutes later, I asked what was going on. The receptionist told me that they were finishing up another car. Soon after that, they got to my car and were done in a reasonable amount of time. Except for the initial experience of being kept in the dark about what was going on, why I was waiting and for how long, everything went smoothly.

Excellent service, on a scale of 1-10, ten being highest they get an 11! Office staff and all the staff were on the ball, honest and extremely nice. Car is working again with no issues other than a loose exhaust bolt that they fixed for me 123. AWESOME, AWESOME AWESOME!
