We had the car towed to Silfies due to their excellent reputation in the area as 'experts'. They diagnosed the problems with the car, informed us of what was wrong, its cause and what needed to be corrected. They gave us the price and asked our permission to work on the vehicle. They fixed the many errors caused by the previous repair shop, some of which could have been very dangerous for our son were he to have driven the car. Hard to believe, but this was so simple and non stressful. They were professional at all times, kept us informed, obtained our authorizations, completed the necessary work in a timely fashion and when we received the car back, it worked beautifully! Absolutely NO Complaints!!!!!
