Everything went as expected. I felt they gave us a great deal on the price as the unit had to be moved about 1100 miles.

Excellent. Storage unit was delivered to my Bethlehem, PA home when promised. After we loaded 2+ rooms of furniture and more boxes than we could count, the unit was picked up by PODS and taken to their Easton, PA facility. A few days later, it began its trip to their Ft. Myers, Fl warehouse. While it was there, we called and had access to the unit so we could get some things from it even though we weren't ready to have it delivered to our home. We actually did this twice without any delay by PODS in making the unit available to us. When we were ready to have it delivered to our Florida home, we called PODS and it was delivered the next business day.
The only criticism I have is that when it was in transit, it took longer than we were told. They said it would be 7 days in transit, it actually was 13 days. The issue we have with that is that when we called PODS after 9 days just to find out when they expected it to be in Ft. Myers, they had NO IDEA where it was or when it would arrive. Since they use a third party trucker for the long distance moves, once that trucker picks up the unit, they don't know anything about it until it shows up at its destination! Taking almost twice as long to get here wasn't a problem for us. Not knowing if it was going to end up in California by mistake was a bit disconcerting until Duane, who works at the Ft. Myers facility went out of his way to keep checking on it and then let us know immediately when he was able to confirm that it had arrived at the PODS hub in Orlando and would be in Ft. Myers the next day. He also called the next moring to let us know it was there and available to us. KUDOS to Duane.

They were excellent. It was very nice because it was at my leisure. They moved the pods when they said they would. They were punctual. Their service is exactly what I needed.
