When Mike enters your home, he will "see" the entire picture of the problem. He will not be happy fixing something that will not correct the underlying issue. Mike won't "put tape on a door that is leaking" unless needed to provide time to do job correctly.
Once, he was working on my water softener and noticed that the plumbing for hot water was not routed efficiently to my dishwasher. He corrected that and saved me money on energy, and gave me cleaner dishes!
