They are very helpful. They always help us find what we need. Easy to navigate and is very clean. They give my husband a military discount!

Lowes uses subcontractors and we had good interactions and quality work from them.

It's good. The prices were not bad. They're very nice. They have everything I need.

I had a minor difficulty with the first person they sent out. He was late, didn't have the proper tools and left to eat lunch when he was supposed to be getting the tools. They then sent out a crew on New Year's Eve and they did an excellent job.

The installers were neat and professional. They did a good job of installing the hardwood floors. They mad eone mistake of covering up a air conditioner vent, but came back right away and corrected that.

There was nothing in writing, it was just a phone call stuff. There were certain things that we wanted. It was hard to get a quote from them because one person that does the roofing would only do so much of the project and if you want a sun tunnel put in that has to be a different person, so she had a hard time getting us together and finding someone to do all these specific things that we needed to have done. So, that was hard for her to put up altogether. She was fine. She seemed to know what she was talking about. She seemed to be well informed. Because of the issues and the quality of the product that they had it was not what we were looking for, we were looking for better quality.

Horrible. Dishwasher was defective; day before Christmas and no way to clean up after major family christmas dinner. Got lots of talk from 800 customer service number.
Zero follow through, no replacement dishwasher. Had to source new DW from Sears. Then Lowe's delivered a dishwasher I didn't want (different brand) despite my communication to just P/U the bad dishwasher and take it away. Response from conversation with store manager was half hearted and indifferent. Would not buy anything larger than a gallon of paint from Lowe's. Horrible customer service.

I go there regularly to the department store and the service is great. The attendants are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual with their response time. Their prices are reasonable and everything there is above bar and it is satisfactory.

Perfect. For Someone that is not savvy about
t getting all of those things that break in the house and to replace them I will only go to Lowe's. I don't have to say anymore. From the phone calls to get the job done to the phone call from the store to see if I was satisfied with the job. I'm pretty sure they care about me as a customer; if they don't that whole store should be up for some Oscars.

Lowe's is the only hardware store nearby. I would say their price is an A, because they will match any legitimate price. My delivery was on time.

My complaint is not so much with Lowe's but with the installer they used. The carpet was installed quickly and generally looked good but there was a spot or two that we wanted them to come back and fix - nothing major, just a few frays to clean up around a doorway, nail strips that were poking up a bit too high, 15 mins of work tops.
When the installer returned he came in the house and up the stairs, and it was only when he knelt down to look at an area in the hallway that I noticed he still had his work boots on - he hadn't taken them off downstairs. He had some black grease or something on the a toe and there was a large black smear under his boot on our brand-new, pale gray, freshly installed carpet! My wife and I were furious.
He tried to clean it - no way. It was definitely grease and it was rubbed in deeply. The carpet was ruined. He tried to patch it, but we used low-pile carpet and the patch never blended and looked terrible. To his credit he then replaced the entire hallway carpet for free, but because this all took place over the course of a couple of weeks, Lowe's had no more of that mill run and had to order new, so the color does not exactly match what we had already installed. Very close, but not the same.
We even asked Lowe's to send a different installer to do the repair because we were so angry with them, but they said they had no other installer. These guys were it. Terrible experience and I will never buy carpeting from Lowe's again.

They came as scheduled and were reasonably priced. They seemed professional and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

We had originally went to Lowes for a quote on our flooring job. After speaking with a store associate, we set up a meeting to have someone come to our house, take measurements, and we were told a quote would be submitted to us within 48 hours. The estimator came to our house, took measurements and gave us the total square footage of the floor. Two days later, I called Lowes back expecting to get my quote, but it wasn't ready. I gave it another two days and the quote still wasn't ready. At this point, my husband and I drove over to the store and spoke to the flooring associate in person who finally gave us our quote. The cost was about 2 times what we expected, and when we asked the associate to break down the cost for us, we realized they added an additional 25% materials and labor to the measurements the estimator gave me. I thought this was a little extreme, and Lowes wasn't willing to negotiate with us on the price, so we contacted a private contractor. Turns out, the other contractor's quote was about $500 less than Lowes (the cost of the excess materials and labor), so we went with them instead.

They were responsive, they were good at communicating with me, and they had good follow up.

Lowe's was great to work with. They came when we wanted them and were very neat and professional. We felt we got good service from them and the price was right. I would give them high marks.
