Appliance Repair, Appliance Sale
When appliances were delivered they had to come back because they forgot one that I added. So a second day had to be set aside. They scratched my wall and my new counter top (which I waited 12 years for). Trying to tighten the handle on my oven the handle cracked (not their fault) The delivery men told me they were going to report all this to the owner, and he would be in touch and come out and look at the problems. After not hearing from anyone for a month I called and no one had reported anything.
My handle had not even been ordered.They ordered the handle and told me it would be there in 2 days. Once again after not hearing for 2 weeks I called. Someone set up a appt. and finally in March everything is done.
The scratch on my counter (which is solid surface) can no longer be seen, just felt, so I am ok with that. The wall I will repair, they did offer to fix it. I tried to use a local company thinking I would have better service. I might as well have gone to Home Depot. You would think as professionals if they thought there would be a chance of scratches they would have covered the counter.
The thing that upsets me the most is the lack of professionalism and communication. I did not do any screaming and yelling over any of the problems. I could have been a real pain in the a***. But I do think they should have been on the ball. I am very disappointed as I heard from others it was a good place to deal with.

They were very friendly and helpful. I liked them. They charged me more than what I expected. However, I was happy with them.

The repairman arrived at the time that was promised. He diagnosed the dryer problem quickly and repaired it. He gave a quote to repair stove, and was honest enough to say that it may be better to purchase a new range rather than repairing the old one.
