Small, family-owned business that offers retail store services, like free water testing, as well as on-site swimming pool services. We also sell Bullfrog hot tubs in our showroom, and service what we sell. We have ten employees on staff in season. We keep store hours all year round, especially for our hot tub customers, so the supplies they need to maintain their tubs are always available. The pool did not clear up after the initial visit and they are going to charge me to come out again. They never did come out to vacuum but it can't be vacuumed because it's too green. I paid for the service for them to clear up the pool but it didn't happen. In the beginning they were nice, cooperative and sounded like they would be able to handle the job. They told me to add more chemicals myself rather than coming out to take care of it. I would not recommend them and would not use them in the future. I felt mislead.

Price quoted was not the lowest, but we went with Kasper's because they seemed like the most professional and answered all our questions. Workers showed up as scheduled and did a great job. They gave us some good information and the liner looks great. We would use Kasper's again, but hopefully with a 25 year liner, we won't need to. Great experience.
