Such a shame that a local business would end up being a scam. This is why people turn away from local companies. Juan Rivera provided us a scope of work to clean up our landscaping and add more stone where needed. Also was to reset the plastic edging that divides the grass from the stone. We agreed to estimate and he did not finished the project but definitely took all the money. Agreed to come out to finish the items he admitted in text were missed. Set a day and time and then never showed up. Has ghosted us since. Filed complaints with agencies. Considering next steps since I do not take kindly to taking money and not completing what was agreed upon. Scam artist for side.

Juan C. Rivera LLC has maintained our lawn weekly this year. They have also performed landscaping and built a new retaining wall in front of our home. All services have been performed to exceed our needs. The new retaining wall is beautiful! It improves the value and look of our home. Juan and his crew are great to work with.

He never showed up and never let me know. I waited three different times for him. I had to reach out to him when he didn't show, he didn't even apologize.

I also called and sent a second follow up text message an hour prior to the scheduled consultation, in which Juan never followed up - "again". Yet worse he was a no-show. Unacceptable and "UNPROFESSIONAL". I already had my antenna up about conducting business with businesses in Easton, PA and Juan completely validated my concerns unfortunately. I would never do business with a business owner who doesn't have the professional courtesy to follow-up, follow-through and return business calls. Being a "No-Show" is a cardinal sin in the world of business. Unfortunately I have personally had horrible results with businesses located in Easton, PA and after many years I wanted to give this small business an opportunity to restore my hope in conducting business with a small business owner - to my dismay and to no avail. I really was hoping for a different outcome, but this customer experience with Juan C Rivera LLC ranks below standard. I have zero tolerance for "NO-SHOWS"

Captured my vision! This was truly a remarkable experience. Allow me to walk you through the journey. Let me tell you, I moved into my house in 2015 and I agonized every day by just looking at my front lawn. When I tell you it was hideous, I'm putting it mildly. It looked like something out an old decrepit haunted house movie. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to look for a pro on Angie's List. I had a budget and was looking at some big name companies but prices were in the clouds. I took a chance and went with a local and relatively small company, but I am so glad I went with my instincts because I hit the lotto with Juan Rivera, LLC. From the initial quote request everything went as smooth as silk. From the onset, Juan responded right away. He came over the next day and I explained to him what I envisioned for my front lawn transformation. Juan took his time, heard me out, answered all my questions, made awesome suggestions, & honest feedback without any fluff ...I mean we covered everything from materials, labor, plants, pricing, time frame, etc. I was like this dude is on point. I have a military background, so this what I'm used to. Juan did not disappoint. He and his crew began on the day they were scheduled to and they never looked back. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and punctual. Gradually, I saw the transformation take place. These guys put in serious work. They explained everything they were doing and allowed me to be very involved throughout the entire process. On one occasion I was explaining to Juan how I couldn't get to paint my 2nd floor shutters because of no ladder and without hesitation he asked if I had the paint and the next day he took care of it....on the house. When it was said and done, I have to admit, my front lawn kicked butt. Finally the kicker. When we sat down to close the deal, I had the contract in front of me and was getting ready to write the check out when he tells me to subtract $200 because he didn't use all the top soil he thought he needed. I was like, wow, where do you see this type of honesty this day in age. I could go on and on. Let me just say that I super highly recommend them. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they put a big fat smile on my face every time I look at my front lawn now. What are you waiting for? Hire them already.

Juan and his team did a beautiful job at my parents house. They communicated often and I could see they performed high quality and meticulous work. He provided receipts for all materials. And was very pleasant to work with in general. Highly recommended!
