Phone Service - Cellular
I'm experiencing dropped calls now due to the fact that where I live at, the service is not as great. But I love Sprint's customer service. The customer service was able to work with me if I have a dispute. They look into it. If I didn't have all my payments ready for the phone bill, I could always give them a call and let them know that I don't have it today but I will have it this day. They let my phone stay working. They stay working out for me and I love that. Sometimes, it takes a while for my internet to connect. At night, there are less people around who use it, I could be able to do it. Unlike the day, it is sluggish.
