The installation of the fence was great. The fence was installed promptly, done well, and they cleaned up after themselves. They also accommodated my request to retain the privacy fence once they removed it so we could give the materials to a friend. We are pleased with the final result. The journey to reach that point was extremely stressful, however. The contractor, John D'errico, was very difficult to get in touch with, repeatedly rescheduled the installation, and did a poor job as a sales consultant. Due to the rescheduling, we had to have our service providers mark utility lines twice since it was delayed for so long. It was incredibly inconvenient to be notified last-minute of scheduling changes considering our complex work schedules. It should also be noted that while he said he was ordering the fence to look identical to our neighbor's fence (so they could hook up and match up), the style of the fence posts is different and the color is off. It isn't noticeable from the street, but it is noticeable when in our yards. I trusted his judgment regarding the appropriate product to order and it turned out to be incorrect.
