On Jan 17, in the morning, I noticed a receptacle in my living room felt very warm to my touch. I called Gray Connective and explained my problem and the gentleman said he would contact the service technician in my area (Germansville) who would get back to me. David, the technician, called me back in about an hour. I explained my problem and he said he was finishing up a job and would come to check my problem as soon as he was done. He arrived and checked the wiring and receptacle.. I was using a portable heater in my living room and David explained that the wiring was not suitable for a 1500 watt heater. He replaced two receptacles and checked a third one that I thought was not working. This was the first time I called this business and I was very impressed with the fast response I got as well as a very fair price.
