Fox Brothers showed up on time, were extremely courteous and professional and conducted their entire installation without making a mess.  They thoroughly explained everything they did and offered extensive training on how to use our new system.  They also offered to come back any time and train us further at no charge if we needed any additional help.  Yes, there are alarm providers out there that will install a less expensive system, or even offer you free hardware and installation, but the work will be shoddy and the alarm will not work as well as the one installed by Fox.  Mark Fox, the owner even stopped by throughout the installation to check on his technician's work and make sure everything was going according to plan.  I highly recommend Fox Brothers to anybody in the market for a home security system.  If you drive around the Lehigh Valley, you'll see tons of Fox Brothers signs on business and homes, and it's no surprise why after having our security system installed by them.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Installed alarm an monthly monitoring

I highly recommend Fox Brothers Alarms. I read the reviews of several companies here on Angie's List, and decided to speak with a representative from Fox Brothers. Tom was very accommodating to our schedule, even meeting us during the very short window of our home inspection. He addressed our concerns and never once tried to sell us anything additional. They adjusted their installation schedule to meet the change in our closing date. They arrived early in a well marked company van. The two man installation team were a pleasure to have in our new home. They were polite, professional, clean and knowledgable. It was an extensive installation which included fishing wires through walls in various locations. They did such an outstanding job, that you are unable to tell they were even here! They went above and beyond answering our questions and helping out however they could. The system has been in use for two weeks and it works wonderfully! We are very happy with their services. This is the type of family owned company people want doing their security systems. No subcontractors here - actual long term employees. I will recommend Fox Brothers Alarms to my family, friends and clients.

All went well and they were here from 9:00 until  7:15 PM making sure that the installation was A-OK

Of the three companies I spoke to, Fox Brothers had the most flexibility in designing/adjusting the security system to meet my needs. Mark Fox spent several hours with me reviewing possible equipment and levels of security.  He meet my requirements at a reasonable cost.
They arrived on time and were professional in their work. My house was left neat and clean. The system works as I had hoped and they have been good about making adjustments as I required. 
Overall they were friendly and accommodating. I recommend them strongly.

They are excellent and the owner came out to give me the estimate.  He made the experience very smooth since it was my first time installing an alarm system.  I was very impressed that the owner came out because it is a pretty big company.  They went above and beyond than my expectations.  They even installed dead bolts for me since I didn't even have them on my doors.

Overall, it was really nice to use someone local vs the giant of ADT and recieve very personalized service.   Mark Fox spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and also in person.  I called to cancel ADT as my 3 year contract was ending and they offered me a lower rate, suprise.   I called Fox backa and while they didn't match it they did drop the monthly rate down to 35/month with a secure radio system.   They were on time each time, and Ryan Harrison who did the routing of wires did a great job listening to what I wanted where and did a nice job including cleaning up all of the wire pieces in the basement.  He even cleaned up some wiring I need to pull out from ther previous home owners. 
I cannot speak for the service in regards to alarm monitoring however I suspect it will be fine and Mark added what I needed to be comfortable.  I would HIGHLY recomend this business compared to ADT which contracts out folks to do the work and you never see them again.   Thank you Mark and Ryan.

The installation crew was on time (early actually) and very professional. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the alarm system to me. They even offered to return on another day to explain the alarm system to my daughter, who is renting the home. My daughter ended up calling them to stop by to go over the system...such wonderful customer service!
