DURNIN'S FAST PLUMBING

I had a toilet that kept running in my rental property.  They were 2 hours late for the first appointment, then when the guy finally got there he 'fixed' the toilet but just as his truck was driving away and I was about to leave my tenant came out to tell me the part he put in came loose and it was still running.  The guy did come back that evening, but shortly thereafter it started again and that's when the runaround began.  I kept calling and they kept promising to call back and after a couple of months of the back and forth I got fed up and finally asked for a refund.  The lady in the office Phyllis told me I couldn't get a refund but someone would call back.  Nobody ever did and when I called twice more and I got the same surly, sarcastic responses from her.   I asked her to have the owner call me and he never did so I finally filed with the BBB and hopefully they'll help.  What a nightmare!

They are great to deal with and we have dealt with them for years. This is a family owned business. They are willing to squeeze you in when needed. They are honest people. The owner is available and involved with the work. The are prompt and they let us know what we should be doing.
