 + -1 moreHe did a great job in under 2 hours, even though the old valves and lines were totally clogged with black gunk! He was very friendly, but professional and let me see how bad they were. Both my husband and I were very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: My husband hates plumbing and although he did try to change some leaky valves, he had problems. We asked Dean to come out and change the main water valve coming into the house as well as 3 valves under the 2 sinks in our bathroom.

 + -1 moreExpert diagnosis of the problem. Snaking the drain to the street did the trick. Received good recommendations on avoiding the problem in the future. (In past repairs, he has had to chisel concrete in old bathroom floors to get at leaking pipes, then made repairs and resealed the pipes in the floor. The work was done very professionally with minimal mess and inconvenience. He made excellent suggestions about rerouting plumbing and did his best to preserve the original look of my antique bathrooms.)
Description of Work: Emergency cleaning of house drain to street. In the past, Dean has also repaired two bad bathroom leaks in our old home.
