He didn’t have it on hand but he did get it and put it in the very next day. He is a good guy. He was in and out of here quickly and didn’t waste any time. He diagnosed the problem real quick and although he didn’t have the part on hand, he got it and installed it quickly. He showed up the very same day that I called him and that was great. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

We were very satisfied with Rich's service. He has done work for us before, when he worked for a local appliance company, so we were familiar with him. We called late Friday afternoon and he said he wasn't sure that he could get out to us that afternoon. I said Saturday was certainly good enough, that I didn't expect him to come on Friday. He did come on Saturday and it appears that the problem is fixed. I have no complaints. I thought his price of $85 was reasonable. That is without the tax. I certainly would recommend Rich Davis to anyone needing appliance repair and will definitely use him again!

I emailed the company and received a call back. It was very easy to set up an appointment. When the technicians arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently to remove a birds nest from the dryer duct and to clean it out. They cleaned up the area both inside and outside when they were completed. Since the company also does appliance repair, I asked them to look into my leaking refrigerator. It was fixed perfectly and at a great price. Highly recommended overall.

Overall, the equipment is installed and he did a good job from a quality standpoint. But, he left a mess all over the floor, didn't take the old unit, and engaged in inappropriate topics of conversation in my opinion. The work was fine, the price was fair, but be prepared to clean up. Also, though he pre-screened the work, he did not come prepared with the necessary part and had to leave to get it from the hardware store. I was concerned about the cost of the extra time(and lack of preparation on his part, I thought). But the price seemed fair. Don't engage in conversation. He's not dangerous or scary-a very nice man, but definitely has questionable judgment when it comes to topics of conversation with clients.

Replaced a switch in fridge but that was not the issue. So, he stated that Maytag had a five year warranty and the issue was with the compressor. He stated it was under warranty and he would contact someone to repair the problem, which he did.

I called at about 9:30 on a Friday morning and left a message on voice mail. I got a call back about 20 minutes later. The proprietor, Rich Davis, arrived before noon, as promised on the phone. He was quite amiable and gladly kept me informed of his thoughts as he analyzed the problems. I received useful information about how refrigerators work-- especially, how the temperature control mechanism works. (The thermostat specifically controls the refrigerator temperature, while the freezer temperature is controlled in a more passive fashion.) He had a replacement heater element in his truck. It was installed and he was done in less than two hours. The prices (Service call, Part, and Labor) were all quite reasonable. He will return in a few days, when he gets the replacement thermostat for the other refrigerator, and will then only charge for the additional Part. It is now 24 hours after the service call, and the previously warm refrigerator is running perfectly, with both refrigerator and freezer in their correct temperature ranges, and with the motor cycling on and off in a normal pattern.
