On the listed date, we ordered a CAPAL braided area rug for our living room. It arrived in a timely manner as promised, and is of good quality. The sales rep., Mike Pilolli, was an absolute professional, answered all our questions and ultimately offered us just what we had been looking for, and at a fair and reasonable cost.
We picked the rug up recently and put it in place, and are very pleased. We especially like the fact that it was manufactured in North Carolina, as opposed to a foreign country.
We only had one snag with Craft Mills and that was when it came to the installation price that was quoted. The gentleman we were dealing with made a math error and gave us a price that we were very happy with and gave them a deposit right away. When the installer came out to measure, the price suddenly jumped. We had a little bit of a discussion, as it wasn't the price we agreed upon, and it turned out that there was no way they could give us that price. We agreed to meet half way, and it was still an excellent price and their installation was top-notch Eight months later we're still very happy with our carpet and happily recommend Craft Mills.
We even called them to ask if they knew someone who could clean an antique persian rug and they recommended a local gentleman who showed up the same day, took our rug, cleaned it and returned it less than a week later! Again, excellent service.
