The sales process was well done, and the installation was very professional. There was a somewhat longer-than-anticipated time between the placement of the order and the delivery of the carpet (even though the sales representative had checked with the carpet distributor for availability), which is why I only gave a B on responsiveness, but all else was perfect.

On the listed date, we ordered a CAPAL braided area rug for our living room.   It arrived in a timely manner as promised, and is of good quality.    The sales rep., Mike Pilolli, was an absolute professional, answered all our questions and ultimately offered us just what we had been looking for, and at a fair and reasonable cost.

We picked the rug up recently and put it in place, and are very pleased.   We especially like the fact that it was manufactured in North Carolina, as opposed to a foreign country.

We initially went to Craft Rug Mills after having a problem with another carpet company who we had a problem with. Craft Mills has an excellent selection of high quality carpeting from name brands. They also have a large selection of remnants, one of which we chose for our daughter's bedroom. My only issue with the remnants is that they do not know the specific brand or type or carpet of the remnants, so you kind of take your chances, but the price, it's a really good deal. We chose two higher end name brands for our master bedroom and home office.
We only had one snag with Craft Mills and that was when it came to the installation price that was quoted. The gentleman we were dealing with made a math error and gave us a price that we were very happy with and gave them a deposit right away. When the installer came out to measure, the price suddenly jumped. We had a little bit of a discussion, as it wasn't the price we agreed upon, and it turned out that there was no way they could give us that price. We agreed to meet half way, and it was still an excellent price and their installation was top-notch Eight months later we're still very happy with our carpet and happily recommend Craft Mills.
We even called them to ask if they knew someone who could clean an antique persian rug and they recommended a local gentleman who showed up the same day, took our rug, cleaned it and returned it less than a week later! Again, excellent service.

The installer for Craft Carpet was Mike Dewalt . Mike was absolutely GREAT!!! Mike is a very experienced and highly skilled hardwood flooring installer. He was very professional, helpful and completed the job in a very timely mannor. Mike went above and beyond with the flooring installation. I would have Mike come back in a heartbeat and have recommended him to friends. Following the flooring installation, we purchased several area rugs from Craft Carpet Mill, as their pricing is reasonable and Vic was very helpful in assisting us with the area rug selection.
