We had a problem with them. They started in Spring because there were a few things that had to be repaired. My wife called and they said they were not accepting anymore work because they have a back log, this went on for months. So we ended up going to another branch and had it done there. They took us within two or three days. Then we went at Cantelmi’s again in the Fall assuming that the back log was over and they did not take us warmly. They accepted the job but we were not happy about it. Then I went to pick it up and dropped a few more and they said they were on back log again. I felt that they just don’t like to do screen work.
