Affordable Home Renovations, is a very professional, reliable,and affordable company to work with.When you need repairs, to having everything rebuild in your home!! Owner Eric is trustworthy, and honest!! I have had them do a complete roof rebuild, deck rebuild, painting of doors, and plumbing work done on my house so-far. And I'm planning on having then do all new carpent threw out my house, hole painting, and remodeling of bathrooms, and kitchen in summer. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM 100%

We hired Eric to complete a total renovation of our house, it needed everything. To start the house needed the chimney and the second floor removed, the old front porch removed, and the old kitchen walls redone. We stepped up the front porch and added that as living space, and went straight up around the complete exterior of the house, which increase our living space over 300 square feet. So we had a lot of different sub contractors involved, electrical complete upgrade from 60 Amp service. New plumbing through the house with and additional half bath down stairs. Completely new forced hot air heating system and central air. Looking back at the pictures of the old house, itâ s amazing what Eric and his sub contractors were able to do. The house is amazing and looks nothing like what sat here before. There are only three pieces to the original house, that two wall on the first floor and the original staircase. Everything else is new. The amazing part was this was all completed in a six month time frame during a COVID environment. We ended up with some delay none of which was AHR fault but suppliers of interior doors, the project came in under budget and is great. I would recommend Eric and the crew at AHR to anyone. Eric is not only our contractor, but would also like to call him a new friend.

THE OWNER ERIC KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON ALL ASPECTS OF JOB & CORDINATED WHERE ANY CHANGES OR DELAYS OR CHANGES WOULD EFFECT JOB . DURING COVID 19 MATERIAL SUPPLY DELAYS WERE THE MAJOR ISSUE . ALL THE WORKERS WERE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THERE MAIN GOAL . EXCEPT ONE . AND ERIC DOES NOT USE HIM ANY MORE . I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH COMPLETED JOB . IF I NEED ANY MORE WORK I WILL CONTACT AFFORDABLE HOME RENOVATIONS . THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB GREAT JOB . THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAD A HAND ON PROJECT

Asked for a soffit install on a patio AHR built a few years ago. Pricing came in under budget and the work was done in 1 day.

This involved removing and replacing an exterior staircase and some entrance deck upgrading for a second floor rental unit. My job had to be accomplished in a 10-day window when the tenant was out of the country and access to the unit was not required (time sensitive). The company got it done on time. Second project I used them for.

Hired Eric to remodel our bathroom. Started off great and was happy with the service. Price was affordable as his names says. Quality of tile work was poor. Plumber broke a pipe and left us with out water. We had to call a 24/hr service to come fix. Eric tried to make it right but fell way short. Had a bunch of other work for them to do but not after all the problems. I won't use again.

This project was completed a few months ago and everything is working and looks great .We received a lot of compliments . Had a couple of difficult days and schedules , but working with Eric and his crew it was a great experience .I would recommend Affordable Home Renovations

They did what they said they would do. They did stay in constant contact which was good. We are glad the majority of the work is finished. The doors look nice and work. It was all more expensive than it should have been and they did not itemize enough of the estimate as we asked them to do. The manager of the project was very good about staying in touch which was very nice.
