Deck and Porch Service
HORRIBLE. CONTRACTED WITH THEM IN MAY WITH THE ANTICIPATION THAT THEY WOULD BE COMPLETED BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB AFTER LABOR DAY. WGC STATED THAT WE DID NOT NEED A PERMIT YET THEY WOULD BUILD TO TOWNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS. FOUND OUT BEFORE CONSTRUCTION THAT WE DID NEED A PERMIT. THEIR PLANS DID NOT MEET TOWNSHIP REQUIREMENTS. THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A 30% INCREASE IN PRICE. I RELUCTANTLY AGREED. THEY RARELY RETURNED PHONE CALLS, STARTED THE JOB AND THEN WENT ON VACATION, LEFT DEBRIS IN THE YARD, WHICH THEY NEVER REMOVED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE DECK CAME OUT OK, BUT NOT WORTH THE $7,200 EXPENSE.
