Everyone there from the receptionist to the assistant and the Doctor of course were very pleasant and professional.  When I called they said come in within the hour. When I arrived we were seen within 5 mins.  The Doctor and his assistant showed empathy for our dog. Being new to the area I didn't know anything about Veterinarians in the area. But, I picked a good one off of Angie's List.

It was a simple transaction for the meds. But we have been going to SAH for about 3 1/2/ years. My dog does not enjoy these visits so she has to be muzzled. Dr. Dutt has much more pleasant bedside manner that the other Dr there. Overall our dog has been well taken car of.

OK. I am surprised at the cost of vets in this area.

They are good and they provide good service. They are knowledgeable and reliable.

Told me they couldn't sedate him unless they did a check-up on him. Brought him in, and the receptionist, who is the most dry, uncaring person I've ever met, tells me to wait. Then they brought me into exam room. No one identified themselves. I never knew who was Dr and who was tech. They looked at him and I told them what I wanted. They said yea we can do the haircut and then swooped him away. A few hours later I pick him up and get the bill $148.00! I asked the nasty receptionist why the high price. She tells me it's for the exam, sedation and haircut. I tell her there was no exam. Very nastily she tell me there must have been and I had to pay it. So I paid it and needless to say...I never went back. Unprofessional, nasty and very expensive. Oh one good thing...the haircut was nice!

brought the 2 dogs into the veterinarian's office. we waited for only 5 minutes until we saw the vet. we are always greeted warmly and the vet gives the dogs a thorough examination. they then had their blood work done. on the way out we paid and were given the heartworm medicine

I thought something was wrong with one of my kitties because she was loosing weight. She was extremely upset at being at the vet. WIth the help of John, Kristi, and Dr Dutt we calmed her down and was able to take blood. We discovered she was hyperthyroid and was in need of medicine. Great team!

the woman told me that it would be no problem to groom and de skunk him ...they dident grrom him ..i had to demand it be done ..he still smelt awfull and they gave him shots with out my permission ..they said he was not up to date ...what a awfull vet ...and to top it the save job they did looked like a blind monkey had done it ...my god what a bad idea to go there

I can't say enough good about the outstanding team in this Vet Hospital. The facility is clean, the staff is professional, helpful, accomodating, and empathetic.
