Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Very well. He had come into our home as a direct tv rep. to replace our boxes from the lightning strike, we began talking about how the lightning had hit our audio system and he told us he was starting a business doing home theater and sound systems. We were interested as we didn't want to work with the original people who had installed. He came back and gave us a free estimate. He returned with a very nice written presentation. The price for all the upgrades was more than we cared to spend, he was willing to work with us and we were able to agree on a final plan that worked for both of us. We checked his references and got glowing reviews. We are very pleased with the outcome. The only negative was on the original estimate he had not included taxes so the actual bill was a couple hundred dollars more. It was a bit of a shock.

DOCUMENT BELOW- PAYMENT SCHEDULE, DEPOSIT #1 = 50% TOTAL PRICE, PAYMENT #2 = 25% DUE UPON COMPLETION OF ½ PROJECT (2 DAY PLUS JOBS), PLASMA SCREEN PRICES ALSO DUE UPFRONT, FINAL PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION OF ENTIRE PROJECT *THIS IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY, SYSTEM PRICE WILL NOT EXCEED 5 % +/- WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF HOMEOWNERS- ALL PRICES ARE PLUS TAX- I DO HOWEVER TAKE IT AS A GOOD RECOMMENDATION, AND WILL CONSIDER PLACING IT DIRECTLY ON EACH PRICING BREAKDOWN PAGE."
