Debbie came out gave me an estimate that I couldn t resist she and a worker came back the same day power washed my home cleaned my gutters & even power washed my deck without me asking and didn t even raise the price. I loved the way my home & deck looked after the cleaning and did I mention she even cleaned the windows. If you hire this company you will not regret it!!!

I hired Shinehill and Sons to power wash the back deck and steamer chairs along with yard clean up. To be honest, I would start saying what I wanted to be done and she would finish the sentence; that's how in tune she is in what needs to be done. Even if it was not on the list of "to do's" and it's in her line of site she took care of it. Reasonably priced, couldn't ask for more.

Kitchen and laundry area not cleaned well. The cleaner spent time on cellphones and eating twice during the time at my home. Dusting and vacuuming were good. Ceiling fans had to be redone
