"Its terrible that people do not take responsibility for their own actions. I did replace your pump based on time spent at your home. I also returned to clear blockage in pump caused by handy wipes and feminine products twice after replacing the pump. One time I did not charge for to try and help you out. I also do accept credit cards but its based on different rate which was explained to you, you decided to pay by check. You also had tank pumped prior to my second return. So with that being said, and reading your review, you said that if tank was pumped then the debris would not have clogged impeller on new unit. When I returned the second time to clear pump you just had tank pumped but yet again your pump had clogged per your review and you decided to call another company, which is your right. Its not good business practice to bad mouth other companies. A reputable company like Allstate may or may not have said this for there own gain. I was not there for that conversation. I don't engage in these type of tactics and hope that other companies don't either. It sounds as if you need to point fingers to justify your mistakes. Handy wipes and tampons will clog effluent pumps the only way to prevent this is to stop flushing them down your toilet. You know that you had your tank pumped but yet you needed to have your pump freed of debris three times after new pump was installed even after your tank was cleaned. These products got in your tank somehow. Sorry that you where not happy but my conscience is clear."

"I do not visit this site often. I would have responded sooner. Since it was so long ago I am really unsure for reason that your appointment was missed. It was stated that I never showed up or called. If that was how it happened I truly apologize. I do not usually conduct business that way. Unforeseen circumstances may have warranted why appointment was missed such as family matters, sickness, death, and other emergencies. Please understand that it also is company policy not to refer other companies to potential clients. Referrals have led to misfortunes in past so we no longer suggest other companies."

"Although I do understand Member’s frustration, I simply can not be responsible for water in oil. It was stated that I was only at call for hour and a half and, only removed ½ cup of water. Not only was I there 3 ½ hours, with signed invoice but, removed approx. ½ gallon of water from the oil tank. The job was never discouraging, the return call 12 days later was, if unit stopped working after 1 hour why wait 12 days to call back? Also Member stated that I was 3rd company to work on unit. This is an ongoing problem. My phone records show date of Member’s return call. My company phone is a cell. Not only did I explain that water in large amounts can not be fully removed but I offered possible solutions and also stayed with Member to call her oil company who would not help her. As a business owner I try to make everyone happy but, you can’t. Water in oil comes from few things leak in tank, weather, poor tank condition, condensation, and bad oil. Member just had a delivery. Tank is outside and in very poor condition. When asked if I offer guarantee my answer is always yes. Will I guarantee an ongoing problem No. When called I would have went to Member’s house to help but she was being very unreasonable and resorted to name calling so at that point our conversation had to end. I did not scream at Member for 15 minutes then hang up the phone. I did however explain that I would not take responsibility for her unit and would have to charge her for return trip. I may have discounted return trip but when threats were made about bad review on Angie’s List I asked that she be truthful, her complaint was not. Pete Tuzzio-Owner/Operator"
