They were recommended by Triple A. The service went fine. Everything was perfect after that. They had my car for one day. The workers are good. They all know what they are doing. They have been in business for forty years and I have been going there for the past two years. They call me when our car is ready.

Scott and his crew do the job, do it well and are reasonable. The woman at the desk is fantastic as well. No reason for me to ever go anywhere else.

Work took time due to age of vehicle, pulling drive chain out, checking to see which sensor needed to be replaced to due opening the transmission box and replacing chain. Work was done and truck performed excellent when driving. This vehicle had over 200,000 miles on it and was used to travel from PA to CA. An approximate additional 8,000 miles were added and truck did not falter or have any mechanical issues.

When I first took the car in for this "cheaper" suspension, I was told the mechanics couldn't install it because it didn't fit. The next day, I got a call to bring the car in; the owner was in the shop and he would "make it fit". I have no idea what that meant, but they did the job.
The job was done well, but now I have some problems. A spring is broken, and I need a new bearing. Both parts have been impossible to find, and Pand S refuses to talk to the mechanic in the repair shop I now use (which is much less expensive and also TRULY stands behind their work). This seems to be some kind of after-market suspension, and Pand S refuses to give any information about it, so my current mechanic is going frantic trying to get parts. Pand S refuses to cooperate. (I have given up on the spring, since it's not a safety issue.) There is no information on the bill from Pand S about the suspension they installed - no type, manufacturer or part numbers. My current mechanic has tried numerous times to get information from them, and they refuse to talk to him or call him back.
While we were going to Pand S for service, everyone (absolutely EVERYONE) said they were overcharging for labor. This "cost-saving" suspension has become VERY expensive - mostly for my current mechanic - in trying to find parts for some unknown replacement part. The car now has 195,000 miles on it, is still good, but not worth putting the right suspension in now.
I would NEVER recommend Pand S to anyone. Our experience was just horrible. They do good work, but charge and arm and a leg for labor. And, in our case, they have been TOTALLY uncooperative in helping my mechanic to find parts for some "weird" suspension.

There is not a person that we recommend to everybody. The thing that stands out about them is their honesty, reliability and they stand behind their work. It's a small shop with may be four or five mechanics. They are excellent and terrific people.

They are always quick and they do excellent jobs. Scotty is an excellent mechanic.

They are exceptional. We go to them for every single thing we need on the T-Bird. It is like a vintage vehicle. They are absolutely wonderful people. They get us in and take care of us in the time that they have given us. We can actually drop the vehicle off the night before and leave the keys in the drop box and they will work on it the following day. We usually have it that evening. My husband has been a customer of theirs since 1979 and I have used them for the last three years. We are very, very satisfied. Scott is the owner and he is a very likeable individual. Mandy is the executive office administrator. She is absolutely great. We have a van with 340,000 miles on it and they have been the people that have worked on it almost the whole time. The price is fine and they don't ever gauge us.
