Over all very well. Neglected to clean up glass that was replaced from one of the windows. Other than that I had a good experience with them and would hire them again.

I have used Mesko a number of times over the past 20 years.  When I bought my house I replaced a large number of windows.  I have since replaced other windows as they clouded up.   Mesko has always been highly professional and timely, a great contrast to a number of other contractors/suppliers in the Poconos that I have used.  The area lacks craftsman who take pride in their work.  Being a family business they do take pride in their reputation.   The only problem that I had with the latest project was that they ran out of window putty.  The remaining space was filled with a putty of a different color (a lighter red).  The technician told me that the putty was paintable, as if that was a valid excuse.     I would definitely use Mesko again, but was disappointed by the two colors of putty.

They were wonderful! They showed up when expected. They scheduled the install once the windows came in. They were just fine. They were really good.

I had a cracked and partly missing outside trim piece on my front door, which had almost a full view window in it. Plus the window seal was leaking so the window fogged over. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole door.... which would have been a really pain in the a**... messed with the vinyl siding, etc.... plus cost more. Mesko came in changed the window and trim and it looks great. It was quicker, easier, and cheaper then changing the door.

went to their store to look at samples. they were very helpful. we set up a appointment for them to take measurements.
they came to our house on time, took measurements , and gave us an estimate. we agreed on the price and gave them a deposit. 
they told is the surround would be ready in about three weeks  after three weeks we called them to see if it was ready. they called us
back and told us they install it the following week on wednesday  they installed it    when they said they would they did an excellent
job with the installation.

Getting a quote took some time. But after that it was smooth sailing. It took about 2 weeks to get a quote(with Thanksgiving in the middle). Once I got the quote the windows were scheduled for install about a week and a half later. It took 2 days to complete the job and the windows look amazing. The old ones were divided in to smaller panes... instead of 1 - 3' x 3' window it had 9 little windows in the 3' x 3' opening....i.e... The new windows do not have any grills in the window. It makes the windows look 50% bigger. It makes sence... why have 30 small windows when you can have 2 big ones.
