He made an appointment promptly to give me a bid for the work, and started soon. During the work, which spanned several weeks, there were a couple days when he did not show up when he said he would (and did not call to say he wasn't coming) They never cleaned up after themselves... cigarette butts, coffee cups, construction material were left lying around the yard. In fact, it's been 2.5 months since they were at my home, and their two ladders are still here. The quality of the construction of the steps and door installation was very poor. I would have given this firm a lot more work, but after this experience.. no more.
