When I first called, Marc suggested some steps I could do myself so as not to waste my money with a service call on an old machine. That honest dealing impressed me. But the PC has been upgraded and I want to keep it going for a while. So I decided to go with a flat fee service call that included checking my startup problems as well as doing virus scans and other cleanup. It was well worth the cost.

Marc explained what he was doing as he went along and answered all my questions.  He was very thorough and professional. I heartily recommend him to anyone who is having problems with their PC.

My experience with them was okay.  They were able to fix the problem.  He was just kind of slow.  I can't blame him because he ran several tests that were time consuming.  He was on time.  I wouldn’t be using them because I have signed a contract with another company.

The down side of him was that he was very uncommunicative, in explaining what he was doing or why. I feel he was overpriced. It was $100.hour and he was here for two hours.  I think that for $100 an hour I should have gotten a little more information than I did.  I'm not inclined to use him again because I didn't get anything from him and I feel he is overpriced.

Marc showed up promptly the next day and assessed the computer. It was overheating and needed a new fan. He estimated 2 weeks for completion of the job. He took my computer and 2 weeks later he called and said it was ready. Exactly on time! He had ordered the fan from China! Apparently no one had it here in the US because this Dell model has lots of problems with the fan. He returned my computer and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He even cleaned out some viruses for me while he had it. My computer is working now-better than when I bought it 2 years ago.

While using my laptop, a pseudo "blue screen of death" appeared. I called Staples and Best Buy and then checked this site for someone to fix the problem. The "Geek" not only answered the phone, he came out within a few hours, fixed the problem, defragged my laptop and installed a new security system. While waiting for all to install, he went over my new phone and e reader at no additional charge. He had given me a price over the phone and that was exactly what I was charged. I have since used his services and am very happy overall. Not only is he a professional who knows his "stuff" he is a nice guy. You will not be disappointed!

When I called to set up an appointment, he said he could be at my home between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM that evening. I agreed. He showed up at 5:00 PM ready to start the job. I explained what I wanted him to do and he took it from there. On and off he would ask me if I wanted to retain certain applications. Most of these applicatrions I had no idea what they did. He took the time to explain what the application did and how it affected my computer. Upon completioin, he gave me his thoughts concering my system (age, memory, etc.), but at no point did he try to sell me anything. I highly recommend this service.

The man came to our home the same day . I know less then nothing about computers and i felt he was very understanding and explained things for me happilly. He cleared up the issue and put in protection against viruis and other nasty things! He even gave us a free shirt ! Very nice man ,very good service.Will use again and tell friends .

The computer Geek came to our home ,i did not even have to go though the hassle of unhooking everything and transporting it.He did his scans and found dozens of problems with the computer .In what seems like no time at all he had cleaned it all up and added virus protection too. my 9 year old son wanted to know how to download some game , and the man took time from his day to sit with him and explain web security and help him get his game safely. I was impressed with his professionalism and the price was the cheapest one we could find .the computer is the fastest i have ever seen it.We will see how good the virus protection is in the comming months , but i think i would use this company again for sure.

I contacted Computer Geek and the call was immediately picked up. The man explained they do on-site service and was able to be in my house within 2 hours. He was there in 1 hour. He asked me a string of questions to help him with the problem, as we were speaking he was going through the computer and almost immediately noticed the problem. He put in some software and in about a half hour he had removed 27 viruses. At that point he continued to clean up the computer and gave it a tune up. The computer ran as good as the day I bought it. He was very courtious and proffesional the whole time. I expected the service to be much more expensive than what it was, I only paid $65 and my computer was fixed within an hour. I highly recommend their services and I would definately use them again.
