Called Band L ,the tec came right over the same day replaced the heater and defrosted the refrigerator in just over 1 hr.

This was a great experience. I gave him call and he was able to diagnose the problem was over the phone. He had great candor and was very knowledgable. He advised to get a new one. I plan on holding onto his information for future use.

I've had him a couple of times at my house and I also used him at my other house. He is very good and very reliable. He doesn't cheat me. He's really good. He only fixes what needs to be fixed. He will tell me if it is going to cost more than a new one.
