We had to wait 2 months for an appointment. The owner came with an assistant and charged $90. for an estimate. They checked visually looked at the fireplace and said don’t use it, which I knew already, that’s why I called them. They got on a ladder and visually checked the chimney & cap & said it was done wrong. They chatted for a long time and said they would send an estimate for repair. Never heard from them again. I emailed and called...no response . They basically made $90. to visit me and do nothing.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

"Good Morning [Member Name Removed]!! I know that this response is a while after your post was made but I wanted to reach out. My name is Trish & I have been with the company since med December 2018. I'm so sorry that you had a poor experience but if there is ever anything that I can do please feel free to call or text me directly at 570-422-6975. We have now been able to transition the company into a digital schedule and Ira has me as a FULL TIME Assistant that's reachable even after hours via text & we have also made so many great changes!!"
