My beautiful Buick Lacrosse was damaged when another driver backed into it. I was very upset because this is my dream car and I hope to have it for many many years. The people I met and talked to at Myers' were so kind. They gave me an immediate estimate and would have done the work within the next week, but I needed my car and just had it done this week. They estimated it would take 3 days but called me at before noon on the third day to tell me it was done. And it looks brand new! You would never guess it had been damaged!

Excellent- I can't recommend Myers enough. I've used this shop to repair various fender benders as well as major accidents! Of course, not my fault :). This is not only an autobody shop, but Myers will handle mechanical repairs as well. Convenient, priced right, and they always go over and above! Please use Myers for your car autobody repairs...you won't be disappointed!

Very good. They were the lowest estimate out of 3....by hundreds, not just a few dollars. When I asked how long it would take they said to plan on overnight, just in case. It was done the same day, just after lunch time. I'd definitely recommend them.

The woman at the desk was very friendly, and got someone to do the estimate. He (I didn't get his name) looked at the door, which was bent a bit. He bent it back into shape, and then did a few adjustments on the hinge. Everything now works fine. And he wouldn't take any payment for his 15 minutes of work.

Price and time to repair were reasonable. Service was excellent! Would go there again without hesitation.

Very responsive, they were able to give me an estimate the day I called. Took a couple weeks to get in, but dropped it off over the week we were on vacation and it was finished as promised when we returned. Very pleased with their body work. Work  was completed for amount of original estimate.

Being new to the area we did not know what to expect.  We started at the desk with the owner's mother.  She was very easy to talk with and went and got her son to speak with us.  He is an expert at what he does for sure.  He looked over the van and told us what he could and could not do for it.  He also recommended not putting a big investment into it because of its age.  We did what we were comfortable with and the results are more than we ever imagined.  The work was done in the time frame expected and we were called once to update us on the progress and second to pick it up!

We will continue to use their automotive services for our vehicles.

Repaired damage to hood and left fender. Work was performed on time and per quoted cost. We are very pleased with the quality of work and our overall experience at Myers. I found they are much easier to work with than the dealerships I went to for estimates.

My car, a 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara is getting a bit hard to find some parts for as Suzuki is pulling out of US market. Myers did a great job fixing what was probably an original design flaw in the sunroof drainage, finding a difficult window switch, and taking care of the front-end damage items.

They gave me a fair estimate and a timeframe, and they stuck to both. They were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I would most definitely do business with them again.

needed dent removed from f150 in door panel.  dent removed and several months later, has not come back.  For $60 I was quite satisfied.

It went great.  My husband stopped in for an estimate.  Gary's estimate was approx. $400 lower than the lowest estimate we had received.  I called to have him explain the process he would use since he was so much lower than the other estimates.  Rather than removing and reinstalling all of the door molding he just taped off the door.  He did not blend the paint to the front door which the other shops were going to do.  He said it was unnecessary since our car was only 6 weeks old that there was not opportunity for the CR-V's paint to have faded noticeably.  He said he didn't want to make us dig deep into our pockets for the first of many scratches.
I called the following week to schedule the job.  He got us scheduled a few days later.  He estimated that it would only take 2 days, and it was finished it 2 days for $150.  There is no difference in the paint.
You can't tell where the scratch was and he guarantees his work.

Provided quick quote a few days before performing work. Did it on time, at quoted cost with outstanding quality.

MYERS AUTO BODY SHOP WAS VERY COOPERATIVE AND COURTEOUS WHEN I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR MY TRUCK. THEY ALSO ASKED IF I WANTED TO ORDER THE DOOR STEP UNITS AS THEY INDICATED IT WOULD COST THEM $300 OR MORE FROM THEIR SUPPLIER AND I INDICATED THAT I COULD GET THEM FOR $160 FROM AMAZON.COM.  THEY DID NOT MIND AT ALL AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE LABOR TO INSTALL.  ONLY ONE STEP UNIT WAS SMASHED AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY TRUCK, THEY INSTALLED BOTH NEW STEPS AT NO EXTRA COST! MY INSURANCE CARRIER WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ESTIMATE AND THEY DID THE WORK IN THE EXACT TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEED IT,AS I HAD A RENTAL CAR TO DEAL WITH.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR BODY WORK

We've taken our cars to Myers for quite some time, and are always very pleased with their honesty and thoroughness.  They do good quality work and a very fair price.  It's a small shop, so things might take a bit longer than at some big dealer or chain auto place, but it's worth it.
