BEWARE! I requested a quote to fix a shower faucet leak. The office scheduled a visit for a quote and made no mention of any charges to provide a quote. Their arrival alert system messaged me at work after they arrived so only my wife was home at the time. She was alone and the technician made her pay $70 for the quote and visit 'travel'. Of course in this situation she was already uncomfortable being home alone and just paid to get a strange large man out of the house. Overall a terrible experience with surprise payments for just a quote and very uncomfortable experience for my wife.

They were very quick to respond and were able to come the next day even though it was during a busy week with the hot weather. Found out I was low on refrigerant and found the leak. He was very professional and told me exactly what he was going to do. I would definitely reccomend them and would use them again. My AC unit is old but he didn't try to sell me on a new system since I'm hoping it should last a couple more years.
