DUCTZ of Greater Lancaster and York Cities

Ductwork was cleaned in Feb. of 2023. Recently, I was painting in different areas of the house, and discovered the dirt left behind by this company after removing the register covers. For almost $1300.00 I expected much better results. Will not use again.

They were fantastic!  Thorough and professional.  They also spent time discussing how to reduce allergens as I'm very allergic to different things each season.

DUCTZ of Greater Lancaster and York Cities did a wonderful job. They did a really good job. They were here a number of hours. They took pictures and showed me what it looked like before and after. They were clean. I was very pleased with them. I would tell anyone to absolutely hire them. They were very punctual.

They did great work.  The work was fit in a tight schedule for us - less than two days after we called for estimate.  They were very informative, polite, and clean as they performed the work.  The work was expensive, but competitive with other estimates.  We had quite a few vents and ducts to be cleaned.

They were very thorugh, they made sure they left the place as they found it. They were extra careful to make sure everything was very clean. They actually had a representative come out and discuss what they would do, and how they would do it, and then they followed-up with that. I think that it was a fair price.

We had a new central air unit installed in out home. While the installers were installing the inside handeler, they noticed that there was a lot of mold build up in the inside of the duct work. The company who installed our Central Air recommended DUCTZ as a company who could remove the mold. I called DUCTZ to get a price and they said they needed to call me back and that they were two weeks out on such services. I found another local company on the internet Called Air Quality Solutions and called them for a price so that I could make an informed decision. When Ductz called me back, I mentioned that I was getting another price and that I had to discuss the findings with my wife. Upon hearing this the DUCTZ representative said that he didn't want to get into a bidding war and hung up on me. I was very sceptical to deal with a company that was so afraid of competition that that wouldn't give me a price. I am sure I paid more with the other company, but they were out the next day to take care of the cleaning and came highly recomended by some business aquaintences. The quality and proffessionalism of Quality Air Solutions was well worth the price.

It turned out very well. They were very polite and prompt. What I appreciated was that I had wanted them to vacuum out my dryer vernt as well. They explained that because of the configuration of my dryer vent that they could not do it and that by doing they could cause damage. They were very honest about that and then a reduced price.
