My experience was great from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and they had my car done in a reasonable amount of time. Their waiting was nice and clean, offered tv and vending and they offered me fresh coffee, hot tea and water which was available in the showroom. They also offer free wi-fi which was helpful since I had my tablet along. Checkout was quick and easy. All in all, I was very pleased.

Good quality workmanship, easy to make an appointment, good advice. Never felt they were trying to repair something that didn't require repairs. Mechanics appear to be well trained and the Service people very knowledgeable.

We bought the car on June 21st. It is still unregistered because they have not got any information to us and they promised it the next day. Temporary plates ran out on July 29th. I read a whole blog about them. They have not kept their words. It is Ford expedition, it is a used car, it was in great shape and we looked all over the different states and they had two others that we could have chosen, this seemed to be the best. They were very very nice when we were there, but we have had no follow-through. We bought it for our grandchildren. It is an expedition that we have not used. Last weekend, we had to rent a car so that our family could do something that we had planned to do.

I was waiting for my truck but the service dept need to get the parts, so the provided me a ride home and later a ride back. I had a question but the manager was not there. Later I called and asked if I could talk to the manager. He was in a meeting with the owner. The same day I got a call from Ray, the owner, but he could not answer my question. He said he would have the Manager call back. He did very shortly after. Ray put the manger and the mechanic on the call. They answered my question. I depend on the garage to keep me safe and on the road.
