Vass Group

The Vass Group were working with Premiere Bath because Premiere Bath kept on giving me phony bathtubs. They had given me four bathtubs and I wanted my money back. Emmille from the Vass Group signed the contract with Premiere Bath. I didn't sign that contract. Emille checked a spot out in our front room because it was constantly leaking. When they took one of the tubs out, Premiere Bath broke one of the pipes. Premiere Bath is telling me that they paid Emille twice for the damage they did. Emmille did leave a message for me stating that he was never paid by Premiere. He said that we owed him money. That's not the case. We paid him for everything and more and we still have not got all of the work done that was originally planned. He never finished the shed and left all the equipment underneath a tarp in our yard during the winter and my husband went to use the equipment this summer and nothing worked, we had to buy all new equipment. Emmille never answers the phone. He has all kinds of stuff at our house and won't even come and get his stuff. Premeire bath is on my case and I can't even get in touch with Emmille to take care of the issue with the tubs. Premiere gave us the money back for the tub but we are not giving the tub back. They have to tear off the siding and it's a hassle and with it approaching winter time. I need someone that is going to be behind me and say that they'll help me and not take our money and not do the job.
