Ken Landis and Victor did all the work. We had water in our old pressure tank and air getting into the well water. The results were excellent and they even improved the piping around our old tank and regulator. We haven’t received the bill for the well job yet, but the price for the new tank, regulator and installation was $750. This seemed a little high to me but I haven’t done a reality check.

Called Ken and he was at the house within 10 minutes. Diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. The video inspection revealed no problems giving me added peace of mind that there was not a larger more expensive issue. I couldn't be more satisfied with both the service and the price.

The guys showed up when they said they would.  The pricing was fair.  They worked with my husband which was nice because he does a lot of our repairs.  They emailed us a bill (greener, easier to store).  They were also excellent in allowing us to make payments.

All in all it took two visits to complete the work.  Both times they were on time, professional, and honest.  They called my husband to explain things as I had requested.  They were nice to my dogs (bonus points).  They were fast and when they figured out there would need to be a second visit they fit us in ASAP.

Ken Landis showed up on time. He has an exceptionally pleasant personality. Attacked the problem with confidence and professionalism. Assisted by Kevin Landis the found the problem, tree roots had penetrated drain pipe between house and septic.
Removed the roots.
Drain working great.
First time user of this company, after using another for decades.
