Hurricane Irene blew about 1/2 dozen cap shingles off our roof. Happily, they all landed in our own yard (except one which stayed in the gutter.) Called 2 local roofing repair companies on Thursday. Specialty Construction called back the next day and came out Saturday morning. (The other company didn't return the call until the next Tuesday.) They were able to reinstall the salvaged shingles with no problem. While they were up there, they inspected the entire roof and discovered the vent pipe boots were cracked. They sealed them for us. We are thrilled with their timeliness and work. It has rained pretty much every day since, sometimes really heavily, and we have no leaks and the shingles have stayed put. Would definitely call these guys again.
