This is a great vet practice. Been going there for several years now and Dr Anne is just the best!! She always takes the time to keep you well informed about your furry family member. All the staff work very hard to keep clients and patients happy. And love that they do house calls. They live up to their name!!

Excellent. Dr. Anne and her staff are so caring and compassionate. I have been going to her for several years and she truly loves every animal. When I am there I feel like my pet and I are the most important thing in the world. Dr. Anne also makes housecalls which is really nice when needed. I would highly recommend this practice. Also she is in the process of building a new office which will have more space.

Dr. Anne is wonderful!!! I take both of my dogs to her for all of their vet needs. She's seen them both for about a year now, and I have had nothing but great experiences!!! I love that she's prompt and I never feel rushed at our visits. She and her employees always take time to really listen to my concerns and they take the time to interact with my dogs, play with them, and love on them. I appreciate that when they're there, she's on the floor with them to examine them, rather than trying to lift them onto the exam table and trying to keep them there.

It's very nice that when the dogs need to go to the vet, I know we'll see the same vet, and usually the same tech. The office is small, as it's at her house, but you don't have to deal with sitting in a waiting room for ages. If you arrive early, and they have another patient, you simply wait outside, either in your car, or on a bench near the door. If you arrive early and they don't have another patient, they'll usually see you immediately.

I don't have to wait for ages to see her or to pay. Her fees are extremely reasonable. If you take multiple pets at one time, she only charges for one visit. She doesn't charge to clip nails, which is also nice.

At my last visit that was just for one dog's rabies vaccination, my other dog happened to be sick, and was tagging along to have his nails trimmed. Dr. Anne took the time to examine and treat him, even though it was unexpected.

When paying the bill, her techs always take the time to review all of the charges, rather than just giving a total amount.

After our first visit there, I realized that I had forgotten to ask a question, so I called her office and left voice mail with the question, which wasn't very important. I figured that one of the techs would return my call, but a few hours later Dr. Anne called me, asked a few questions concerning it, and then made a few suggestions. Any time I have questions, I can count on a prompt response.

It is very obvious that she and her employees really care about the animals they see, which is refreshing. After our first appointment, which was for vaccinations, I received a follow-up call a few days later, just checking to be sure both dogs were doing well and didn't have any reactions to the vaccines.

If you need to schedule an appointment, they are very good about working with your schedule. They offer evening appointments, and will do what they can to give you an appointment that fits your schedule. If you have an urgent need, they'll do their best to work around your schedule while still scheduling the earliest possible appointment so your pet's needs are addressed as soon as they can be handled!

They also offer house calls which is a nice service, although I've not personally used that.

Dr Anne used to be associated with Dover Area Animal Hospital and has now opened her own practice. Her office and examining room are small as she is practicing out of her home. However her heart is huge. The office is not handicap-accessible, but she will make housecalls if mobility is an issue.
