came once, never came back I had to contact them to ask why they were not coming back. Received a text message saying "sorry will not be able to mow you this year"

Cut lawn once, never came back. When I contacted them they said they were sorry but would not be able to mow me this year. That was almost 2 weeks after they gave me a price and mowed one time.

I had a professional lawn maintenance service, who's trucks you see all over the place In the lehigh valley, handle my residential rentals. They were inconsistent and their work was shoddy at best. My properties started looking run down and neglected. I called Bill at Burd's at the recomendations of a friend. They came out that same week. They transformed the property front to back, top to bottom, side to side. I felt bad because it was in such bad shape in there was so much extra work to do to get it to the point where it would be an easy weekly maintenance. They handled it. They trimmed bushes back that needed it, they edged between the walkways in the grassy area and they mowed everything! I went by the house that Thursday afternoon and I couldn't believe how good it looks. I could not believe the difference in job performance. You could almost go through a neighbourhood and pick out which properties they were going. It's meticulous.after that I contracted them annually they have been doing my residential rental properties for three years now. I have never been disappointed.
