I contacted Shifflet's Home Improvments from a friend that had used the company. It went better than expected! The actual owner of the company, David, contacted me directly and made special arrangements to accommodate my hetic schedule. I was so impresssed with the level of knowledge and professionalism David showed during our meeting. I am a single mom with 2 small children and felt at total ease having David in my home. David identified the issue and had the ability to come up with the solution there on the spot. This skills shows me he is very educated and knows what he is doing. He gave me an excellent price. I am on a super tight budget and he said no problem we can work out a payment plan. Within 2 weeks the work was completed and I am extremely satisfied. Im impresed because David didn't just send out a work crew. He oversaw the entire project with a super professional crew, I must add. Which is not the norm for contractors! ***AND THIS IS TOPS IT OFF THOUGH......... During the work process David found an addditional issue and fixed it AT NO CHARGE TO ME!!!!!!!! Exactly one month after the work was completed, I received a follow up call from David himself to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He made sure I had his personal cell phone number in case I had an issue come up after business hours. I highly reccommend Shifflet's Home Improvments and will always use them for any furture constructiion/remodeling. I am planning a kitchen remodel next year. David definatley will be doing the work!
