Water Softener Service
The installer failed to tighten the fittings for the system, causing it to leak into my basement for 2 weeks causing extensive water damage and mold ($5,000+). When I told them originally of the issue they assured me they would take care of it right away, but in the ensuing 6 months the have refused to accept responsibility for the damage and pay my home owners insurance claim.
