Jason and his team did a great job installing vinyl plank flooring in the upstairs of my house. Jason Was very flexible and provided several options on how to go about choosing and installing the flooring. We ended up purchasing and picking up the materials and Jason s team removed the old carpet and installed the flooring. They were very efficient and finished the install in one day. Highly recommend!

His quote was reasonable and he gave us an accurate timeline of how long it will take to complete the work in all three bathrooms. His team showed up each day on time and worked efficiently while thoroughly cleaning up any debris left behind. He was always prompt on text/e-mail responses and was presented us with many solutions for any unforeseen issues that may arise. We are looking to have our basement finished hopefully in the next few years and will certainly be in contact with Property One Home Services, LLC.

I had a concept in my head (which kept changing!) of what my condo revamp would look like but had no idea how to execute. Had them replace our top rail on the deck with composite boards, repair some worn floor boards, and then completely restain the entire deck. Crew knocked the whole job out in one day.

WOW///// when I get to show you the pictures, I had a 3000,00 kitchen lower floor, and now its only a 500,000 kitchen, Kitchen 8' island. led lighting with dimmers on under counter, and ceiling, under floor heat two zones, amazing back splash, oak treads, oak backs, iron spindles, oak railings stained, finished bathroom22' of solid wood cabinets, slow close draws, new sink, dishwasher , refrigerator, microwave, 30" by 8' pantry, AMAZING WORKERS AND WORKMANSHIP, AND VERY FREINDLY CURTEOUS. they wern"t the highest price or lowest, but I'm so lucky I chose them. Painted the whole down stairs and foyer and two ceilings fans, one in family room one in office space. AND this is important, asked as we were going on what do you think of doing this or that and had ideas from all and made a choice that all agreed on. just amazing. I'm going to do a large remodel bathroom , master suite in a few yrs. or next yr. and I don't have to look for a contractor. My neighbors are already thinking of doing projects now,,, using him and a few other friends that seen there work. I am very impressed with the work these guys did for me. I needed a door frame and door installed in my bedroom doorway. Jason answered my inquiry right away. He and his team - Mike and Kevin were able to get the work done the next day after giving me an estimate. It turned out perfect.
